Call for Paper & Poster Presentation

In emphasizing the scientific value of 13th Annual Scientific Meeting in Radiology, we hold a seminar and workshop with theme “Role of Radiology in Diagnostic and Management Infection Diseases”. It will be held on 5-7 April 2018 in Surabaya. The committee cordially invites radiologists and radiology residents submit paper and poster abstracts.

Participants are invited to submit Abstract for Oral / E-Poster Presentation (in the form of research or case reports) not later than 5th February, 2018.

CASE REPORTS SUBMISSION CRITERIA

Paper submissions are for research reports (scientific paper).
Abstract requirements :

  • Must be typed in English
  • Must be original and must not be or have been published at any other meeting prior to this meeting
  • The abstract should be written in the following formats
    • Title: Abstract title is limited in 20 words in UPPER CASE
    • Name(s) of the author(s): Author and co-author names should be written by first name and followed by family name in upper and lower case (e.g: M T Purnomo1, A L Ashari2)
    • Institution of author(s): Name of institution is typed and identified by the superscripts. Authors from different institution will be identified by different superscripts.(e.g: M T Purnomo1, A L Ashari2,Departments of Radiology1 and Surgery2)
    • Body: should consists of five paragraphs, clearly stated/labeled in bold / UPPER CASE, consists of:
      1. Background / introduction
      2. Objective
      3. Method
      4. Result
      5. Conclusion
  • The abstract format must be typed in Microsoft Word, A4 paper size, Font: Times New Roman size 12, single space, justified.
  • Abstract should be received by email to Scientific Committee: pit.pdsri2018@gmail.com not later than 5th February 2018. Presenters are encouraged to send abstract file through attachment via email.
  • The scientific committee will inform authors of the acceptance status of the submitted abstracts by email.
  • The selected abstracts will be acknowledged by email on 20th February 2018.
  • Participant with selected abstract will have a free registration fee.
  • The best paper presented will be rewarded.

POSTER SUBMISSION CRITERIA

Poster can be written as case-reports or research reports.
